Class 13: ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION

DEFINITION: Our estate and land holdings, and the uses they currently enjoy. Information required to be placed in the public domain as a result of the Environmental Information Regulations, any Environmental Enforcement action and associated information (see also Introduction to Publication Scheme).

Premises are situated within the site of Houston's Mill at Broughshane.

CLASS 14: THIS PUBLICATION SCHEME

DEFINITION: Information management policies and a referral point for all enquiries regarding information management generally in the Northern Health and Social Services Council. We will also publish any changes or additions to publications already available under this Publication Scheme.


14.1 CHARGES FOR INFORMATION

Some information is available free, but for some there may be a charge. The charges will vary according to how information is made available. We will let you know the cost and charges that will have to be paid in advance. Charges are as follows:

Via the Council’s Web Site – Free of charge, although any charges for Internet Service provider and personal printing costs would have to be met by the individual.

For those without Internet access, a single printout as on the website would be available free of charge by personal application to the Northern Health and Social Services Council.

Requests for multiple printouts may attract a charge for the retrieval, photocopying, postage etc. (10p per side of A4).
Leaflets, archived documents and booklets - single copies are free of charge.
In some cases tape or other mediums, may be charged for.

The charges will be reviewed regularly.

A large amount of information is already available on the Council’s website www.nhssc.org and information can be accessed directly from there. Alternatively if you wish to request information shown in this publication scheme you should write directly to the:
