Activities:
Speaking Up on Your Behalf
Much
of our work is about listening, learning and influencing the provision
of services. We take every opportunity to exchange information and
to raise concerns on your behalf with those who plan and manage
services.
- We
meet regularly with Trust and Board officers
- We
hold an annual joint meeting with members of the Northern Health
and Social Services Board and with the Boards of the three local
Trusts
- A
representative attends the monthly meeting of the Northern Health
and Social Services Board and the three local Trusts
- We
are represented on almost 50 groups and committees, including
national, regional and local
- Our
Chairman and Chief Officer meet regularly with their counterparts
in the other three Councils
- Our
Chief Officer maintains contact with the Association of CHCs
in England, Scotland and Wales
